Izhak Fabian
CEO

Mr. Fabian joined Nitzanim Group in 2007, focusing on EasyGlide and Easy-Lap. Before joining Nitzanim Group, Mr. Fabian was vice president of research and development at Cardiodex, LTD, where he coordinated development, engineering, and manufacturing efforts and led preclinical and clinical trials. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fabian worked for four years with RAFAEL Advanced Defense Systems, where he directed an incubator group that matured several multidisciplinary systems. Mr. Fabian earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in biophysics in Bar-Ilan University.

Moshe Mizrahy
Chairman & Co-Founder

Moshe Mizrahy co-founded EasyGlide in 2007. Previously, he was the co-founder and CEO of Syneron Medical Ltd. (NASDAQ: ELOS). During his time at Syneron, he grew the organization from its inception as a private company, through a successful IPO and secondary offering, and eventually to a public company with a market capitalization of approximately $1B at the time of his departure in December 2005. He was also instrumental in developing Syneron’s marketing and sales network for professional medical aesthetic products worldwide. Prior to his term at Syneron, he was CEO of Business Strategy Group, a business strategy formulation and implementation consulting firm in Israel. Moshe holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Tal Gordon
Director & Co-Founder

Tal Gordon co-founded EasyGlide in 2007. Gordon is the founder and CEO of PetNovations, a company active in the pet market offering advanced concept solutions to pet care basic unmet needs. Gordon has extensive experience in management of advanced technology initiatives. Among these, large scale military defense projects, high-tech startup management and venture capital funding. Previously, Gordon was co-founder & managing director at Guidex, an R&D boutique specializing in initiation of large scale technological ventures for the defense sector. He served on the management team of Nitzanim, one of the most successful venture capital funds in Israel during the nineties. Gordon started his career in Tadiran Systems, a division of Israel’s largest electronics conglomerate at the time, and rose to head the systems engineering brunch within a few years. Gordon holds numerous patents and a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Hadar Ron
Director

Dr. Hadar Ron is a member at the Board of Directors of EasyGlide.
Dr. Ron is the managing partner of Israel HealthCare Ventures (IHCV), Israel’s leading life sciences venture capital fund. IHCV provides funding to Israeli and Israeli related companies in the field of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology etc. Dr. Hadar Ron is a physician and attorney at law. She has extensive medical, legal and management experience in insurance companies, law firms, medical and educational institutions. Her legal and management expertise includes venture capital consulting, medical malpractice, general and medical insurance and legal practice.
She is also an experienced member of boards of directors of numerous medical companies. Hadar holds an MD from the Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University, and an L.L.B. in Law from Tel Aviv University.

David Robbins
Director

David Robbins is a director of the company. Mr. Robbins is a co-founder and managing director of Trevi Health Ventures LP, a healthcare investment firm that commenced operations in 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Robbins was active in private equity and alternative investments as a sponsor or member of investor groups and as a portfolio manager for private investment funds, with an emphasis in healthcare. He began his career as a corporate and securities lawyer at Cahill Gordon & Reindel. Mr. Robbins serves on the boards of directors for various Trevi portfolio companies. He also serves on the Bioseed Advisory Board of Connecticut Innovations, the Columbia University Medical School Science and Technology Council and the board of the McCarton Foundation. He is also chairman of the board of directors of Bally Technologies, Inc. Mr. Robbins has served as an assistant adjunct professor of law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School, where he has taught courses in corporate finance. Mr. Robbins received a B.S., magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
